In order to grow your grocery store, satisfy your customers, and remain competitive, you, as the owner and manager, will need to make some tough decisions. In your quest to transform your little grocery store into a thriving center, you place a premium on establishing a strong customer base and satisfying their needs with first-rate service. Throughout the game, you'll have the opportunity to purchase more products, upgrade your store, and recruit staff to help you run your business. Your store is tiny and understaffed at the start.
