In order to emerge victorious from the game, you will first need to fulfill the requirements of each level, and then you will have to amass the greatest number of blocks that can be obtained from that level. It is feasible that the elimination of more target blocks will take place as a result of the destruction of a single unique block as opposed to the destruction of three target blocks in fast succession. This is due to the fact that there will be fewer blocks remaining after the destruction of the unique block. This is due to the fact that neighboring target blocks have a lower chance of being eliminated by unique blocks than they do by target blocks. Taking advantage of the falling blocks as they make their way down the puzzle requires you to create extra matches and combos.
